During your session, I will gently place my hands on or near your body, channeling energy to promote balance and well-being. Expect to feel a sense of calm and serenity as you release tension and restore your inner harmony. Each session is personalized to your needs, allowing you to connect with your body and mind in a nurturing way.

Distance Reiki

Reconnect and restore your energy from the comfort of your own space with a distance Reiki session. Available via video conferencing or phone, you can be anywhere and still experience the healing benefits. After a brief conversation about your intentions, I will channel energy remotely, allowing you to relax and absorb the healing vibrations. You may sit or lie down comfortably, fully clothed, while you focus on your breath and intentions. Expect to feel a sense of calm and relaxation as we work together to restore your balance and well-being.
