In-Person Reiki
Reconnect and restore your energy through a calming, in-person Reiki session in a peaceful and supportive space. Upon arrival, we’ll begin with a brief conversation to explore your intentions and how you’re feeling. You’ll then lie down comfortably on a treatment table, fully clothed, as I gently place my hands on or just above your body to channel Reiki energy. Soft music and a quiet atmosphere will help you relax as you settle into the experience, focusing on your breath and intentions. As the session unfolds, many people feel a deep sense of calm, warmth, or subtle energy movement—supporting balance, grounding, and overall well-being.

Distance Reiki
Reconnect and restore your energy from the comfort of your own space with a distance Reiki session. Available via video conferencing or phone, you can be anywhere and still experience the healing benefits. After a brief conversation about your intentions, I will channel energy remotely, allowing you to relax and absorb the healing vibrations. You may sit or lie down comfortably, fully clothed, while you focus on your breath and intentions. Expect to feel a sense of calm and relaxation as we work together to restore your balance and well-being.​

Gendai Reiki Ho Courses
Reiki was initially developed in 1922 by Mikao Usui Sensei. Gendai Reiki Ho is a more practically structured method based on the original Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho. Gendai Reiki Ho was designed by Doi Sensei so that people in our stressful modern society can practice it more effectively and efficiently in order to pursue a peaceful and meaningful life. Beautifully stated, Gendai Reiki has a goal to heal the mind and body and improve spirituality.
